Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, craft quality drinks, and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This role requires a strong understanding of food and beverage operations, excellent time management skills, versatility, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a quick-paced environment.

Prior experience in the food industry, particularly in serving and cashiering, is highly valued. The bartender will play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS.
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, taking orders, serving drinks, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards.
- Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with all health regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during peak hours.




- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.

Skills

- Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments, especially in serving or bartending roles.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of the food industry standards, hospitality practices, and serving techniques.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual Pay: $20.00-$29.80 per hour
