We are looking for an energetic, friendly and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, prepare beverage efficiently and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to standard recipes and standards
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Ensure responsible alcohol service by monitoring guest consumption and adhering to legal requirements
- Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change
- Work closely with servers and management to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or food industry preferred.
- Smart Serve Certification required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work evening, weekend and holidays.
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
