Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender / Server to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service in a lively restaurant environment, preparing and serving beverages and food, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate will have previous Bartending experience, strong multitasking skills, and a passion for hospitality.

This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in food and beverage service while working in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

- Take orders from guests accurately
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and safety guidelines
- Serve food items promptly while maintaining high-quality customer service
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to health regulations and safety protocols
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, addressing any special requests or concerns




- Assist in setting up tables, restocking supplies, and closing duties at the end of shifts

Skills

- Previous restaurant Bartender and food service experience is preferred, especially within the food industry or hospitality sector
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and change calculation
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Team-oriented attitude with a focus on providing an outstanding guest experience
