Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates from various platforms, ensuring a steady pipeline for hard-to-fill positions, and enhancing the candidate experience as a brand ambassador of BCA. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee full recruitment lifecycle from intake to preboarding
- Source candidates through proactive outreach and networks
- Maintain pipeline for challenging recruitment needs




- Conduct behavioral interviews and advise hiring managers
- Assist with interview process efficiency and guide development Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant recruitment certifications
- 5-7 years of comprehensive recruitment experience
- Background in investment management or research preferred
- Skillful in behavioral interviewing and assessment
