Role Description The Beauty Advisor is a contract, on-site role based in Sephora Tanger, Kanata, ON, responsible for providing personalized beauty consultations and exceptional service to clients. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and engaging clients, assessing their needs, and recommending suitable products across makeup,



skincare, fragrance, and haircare.

The Beauty

Advisor demonstrates products, provides application tips, and maintains robust product knowledge to support confident recommendations.

Responsibilities also include assisting with retail sales, processing transactions, maintaining clean and visually appealing displays, and ensuring testers and supplies are well stocked. The role involves collaborating with colleagues, supporting store events, and upholding Sephora’s standards for client experience, inclusivity, and brand reputation.

- Customer Service and Retail Sales abilities to build client relationships, drive sales, and create positive in-store experiences.
