Action Car and Truck Accessories is Canada’s only national car and truck accessory retailer and distributor to both the private and industry sectors. With our head office in Moncton, we have 44 stores and distribution centres across the country. We are currently seeking a Bed Liner Technician to join our Sudbury team.

The Bed Liner Technician is responsible for professionally installing spray-on bed liners in customer vehicles while ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and an exceptional customer experience. This role includes vehicle preparation, product application, quality inspections, inventory monitoring, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Wage Range

Starting at $25 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

- Install spray-on bed liners on customer vehicles according to manufacturer and company standards
- Inspect vehicles and identify any potential issues prior to beginning installation
- Complete all vehicle preparation and masking required for bed liner application
- Perform post-installation inspections to ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock requirements as needed
- Maintain accurate work orders and installation documentation




- Ensure all installations meet company quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized shop workspace
- Support team members and provide excellent customer-focused service

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience installing spray-on bed liners
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Passion for cars and trucks with hands-on automotive experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Robust attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to adapt to new challenges and changing priorities
- Valid driver’s license
