Role Description The BI Developer – Power BI will work in a full time capacity, designing and maintaining business intelligence solutions for internal teams and external clients. This role involves building interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, translating business requirements into data models, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency across sources. The BI Developer will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and present insights that support decision-making.

Daily responsibilities include working with data warehousing environments,



implementing and optimizing ETL processes, and troubleshooting performance or data issues. The role also includes documenting solutions, following best practices in BI development, and contributing to continuous improvement of reporting standards and analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in data modeling and data warehousing for BI and analytics solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in designing and developing dashboards and interactive reports using Power BI or similar tools.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes, including data integration and optimization.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases; experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure) is beneficial.
- Experience working with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate BI deliverables.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and ability to work independently and in collaborative teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
