Evolution Camp Services is urgently hiring a Breakfast Cook for an active wildfire fire camp near Cache Creek, BC.

- Tent accommodations - Must bring your own tent, pillow, bedding. Air mattress/mattress pad strongly suggested.
- Must be able to self drive or have transportation

Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, waffles, and breakfast sandwiches according to recipes and customer orders.
- Set up and stock cooking stations with necessary ingredients and supplies before service begins.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented in a timely, consistent, and appealing manner.
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and freshness of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment,



workstations, and food preparation areas.
- Follow food safety, health, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Store food properly and rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
- Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries of food and kitchen supplies.
- Work efficiently during busy breakfast service periods while maintaining accuracy.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Perform opening and closing kitchen duties, including cleaning and equipment maintenance.
- Minimize food waste and report inventory shortages to management.
