Client Experience Specialist - Full Time

Key Responsibilities :

- Welcome and assist clients and members in a warm and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Conduct tours of our fitness studio and explain our services and programs
- Assist clients with scheduling, bookings, memberships, and general questions
- Support the fitness team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Assist with select administrative tasks for our physiotherapy clinic
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk and studio environment




- Follow up with prospective clients and assist with membership inquiries
- Support the team with various administrative and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications :

- Minimum 2 years of administrative or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, friendly, and approachable personality
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable answering phones and interacting with clients
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- Ability to work independently while being a team player
- Experience in fitness, physiotherapy, healthcare, or sales is an asset
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset

Sales Experience & Bonus Opportunity : Experience with sales or membership sales is an asset. Additional bonuses are available based on sales performance.
