Job Summary The Caregiver/HCA is an essential member of our home care team who works under the supervision of the Care Coordinator and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs.

Many of our local clients and families communicate best in Korean. Responsibilities

- Assistance with personal care and hygiene

- Meal Preparation tailored to client preferences

- Provide companionship and converse fluently in Korean

- Ability to follow care-plan

Qualifications

- Fluency in Korean alongside conversational English

- Prior experience as a Caregiver or Health Care Aide required

- Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent (foreign-trained nurse, nursing student) preferred

- Current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain

- CRC for Vulnerable Sector (valid for 5 years) or willingness to obtain

- Ability to travel to client homes in the local area

- Access to Internet /smart phone with data
