Our client located in downtown Toronto is looking for a Bilingual Procurement & Contracts Manager to add to their team.

In this role, you will lead the organization's contracting and procurement function, overseeing strategic sourcing, complex commercial negotiations, procurement governance, vendor management, and procurement technology ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the contracting function, establishing standards, governance, and best practices.
- Negotiate and manage high-value commercial agreements, including technology, outsourcing, and skilled services contracts.
- Direct strategic sourcing and lead RFx processes.
- Serve as the Product Owner for the firm's procurement technology, managing the technology roadmap and process improvements.
- Partner with business leaders to optimize costs and vendor performance.
- Oversee contract portfolios and ensure mitigation of commercial and operational risks.

Qualifications
- Fluently Bilingual in both (English/French) required.
- 8-10 years of experience in contract management, procurement,



and vendor management within a professional services or regulated environment.
- Expertise in negotiating complex commercial and technology agreements.
- Experience as a Product/Business Lead for procurement platforms (Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua)
- Proven leadership in guiding procurement or operational staff.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
