Analyst, Reporting, Planning, and Forecasting, works in partnership with Category Management, Supply Chain and Merchandising teams to achieveoptimalstore inventory levels while maximizing profitable sales andbottom-lineresults. The Sr. Analyst will apply analytical skills to evolve tools and processes while supporting a broad portfolio of products with varying strategies while adapting to changing business needs and proactively responding to opportunities.

Our ideal candidateisn’tafraid to roll up their sleeves, get deep into thedataand challenge the status quo. Accountabilities - Determineoptimalstore allocation and replenishment based on the Category strategy, merchandising plan, storesizeand sales performance - Ensure allocations and replenishmentiscompleted by the required milestone for both vendor and DC processing to ensure product arrives on time - Assistin developing tools,
processes and expanding automation that supportaccuratestore level allocations andtimelyproduct delivery - Communicate and liaise with Category Management teams to support promo plans with sufficient inventory to maximize sales and productivity - Generate and analyze weekly sales and promo compliance reports to provide overall business with visibility - Leveragingdata and insights, collaborate with business teams toidentifyopportunities and consult on allocations strategies - Act as the integration point between the Category Management, Supply Chain, Promotions and Retail Operations teams - Coordinate with Category Management and Supply Chain teams on problem solving for inventory flow - Complete ad-hoc analyses or reports asrequiredin a timely manneras it relates to allocations, sell-through, and inventory - Demonstratedability to manage priorities,maintainfocus while working on multiple projects Job Qualifications - Post-secondary education (retail management, business administration) - Working proficiency in French and English - Previousexperience in retail operations, supply chain or merchandise planning preferred - Strong analytical and organizational skills - Advanced technical skills – with MSOffice (esp.
