About the Job

We are seeking a motivated Blending Operator - Agricultural to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately blending agricultural products to meet customer specifications while ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained. Your energetic approach will help keep operations running smoothly and efficiently, contributing to our ongoing commitment to excellence in the manufacturing sectors.

What You'll Do

Job Duties & Responsibilities

- Equipment Setup & Monitoring – Set up and monitor turn-heads, slides, conveyors, and related equipment to ensure proper product flow and receiving.



Identify and report equipment issues or blockages.
- Product Blending – Operate the mixing control system to blend products according to established recipes, procedures, and production requirements while maintaining consistent quality.
- Screening & Material Handling – Monitor screening systems and bulk raw-material flow to ensure products are properly screened, transferred, and directed to the appropriate locations.
- Product Quality & Inventory – Monitor product quality throughout receiving, blending, storage, and transfer operations. Report quality concerns, material discrepancies, and assist with inventory management.
- Safety & Compliance – Follow all company safety, environmental, and operating procedures. Use required PPE, identify hazards, report incidents or unsafe conditions, and participate in required safety training.
- Housekeeping – Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the facility.

Pay: $21.50-$22.00 per hour
