Responsibilities

- Assist in food preparation and meal assembly to ensure timely service and high-quality standards
- Cook menu items according to established recipes and safety guidelines, maintaining consistency and presentation
- Handle food safely by following proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and equipment upkeep
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health regulations and safety standards




- Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues during busy periods
- Participate in inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supplies needed

Experience

- Previous food service experience or background in the food industry is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with serving, food handling, cooking, and meal preparation techniques is advantageous
- Experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment helps understand rapid-paced workflows
- Knowledge of food safety practices ensures adherence to health standards and safe food handling procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently under pressure is essential
