Duties

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify account balances and identify discrepancies
- Conduct account analysis to monitor financial health and support budgeting efforts
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Prepare detailed reports on financial transactions, cash flow, and account status for management review
- Assist with month-end closing procedures,



including ledger entries and account reconciliations

Qualifications

- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting within the hospitality or restaurant industry preferred
- Robust proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Knowledge of payroll processing and related compliance requirements
- Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and account analysis
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of budgeting processes and financial reporting standards
