About The Role The Bouquet Wrapping & Merchandise Manager oversees all bouquet wrapping, tulip counting, merchandise sales, and POS operations. This role ensures accuracy, speed, and a positive final impression for guests. This is a retail leadership role requiring strong attention to detail and team management. This role reports directly to the leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise bouquet wrapping and merchandise staff
- Ensure tulips are counted accurately and extra stems are charged correctly
- Oversee POS systems and cashless checkout
- Monitor line length and adjust staffing to keep flow moving
- Ensure pricing accuracy and product availability
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of wrapping and merchandise areas
- Resolve guest concerns related to purchases or counts
- Communicate inventory or staffing needs to the General Manager
Requirements
- Must be 18+
- Comfortable using iPads or tablets
- Robust attention to detail
- Strong leadership communication skills
- Calm under pressure during peak times
- Comfortable standing for long periods
- Must be available weekends
