We’re looking for an experienced, driven, Branch Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our growing residential roofing business. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands that a successful roofing company is built on great crews, strong processes, and satisfied homeowners.

Our ideal candidate has experience in roofing operations, construction, or general business management and is ready to take the next step into a role where they can make a significant impact on the growth of the company.

What You’ll Do:

- Oversee the daily operations of the branch from sold job through completion
- Ensure jobs are scheduled and completed efficiently and profitably
- Develop and improve processes that allow the business to operate more efficiently as it grows
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Maintain high standards for quality, safety, customer service, and production
- Recruit, manage, and develop roofing crews and field personnel
- Monitor crew performance, productivity, workmanship, and job timelines
- Take responsibility for the financial performance of your branch
- Monitor revenue, labor, material costs, job profitability, and overall margins
- Help develop the people, processes, and infrastructure needed to support continued growth




- Identify opportunities to improve production capacity and profitability
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute growth strategies

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience managing residential roofing, construction, home improvement, or a similar field-service operation
- Robust understanding of business operations and financial performance
- Experience managing budgets, P&Ls;, or job-level profitability
- A track record of improving processes and operational efficiency
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- The ability to make decisions, solve problems, and hold people accountable
- A hands-on approach — you’re comfortable being in the field, not just behind a desk
- A growth mindset and the desire to build something bigger
