Lume Marketing is a Manitoba-based experiential marketing agency specializing in in-store product sampling and consumer activations for beverage and alcohol brands. We put the right people in front of the right consumers — people who can confidently represent a brand, create genuine connections, and turn a product introduction into a memorable experience.

We work with breweries, beverage brands, and liquor partners across Manitoba, helping them build awareness, generate trial, and ultimately drive sales.

We’re looking for outgoing, reliable people who can walk into a liquor store, confidently represent a brand, and make consumers excited to learn more and try something new.

You don’t need to be a professional salesperson. You just need to be personable, confident, dependable, and comfortable talking to strangers.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Represent beverage and alcohol brands at in-store sampling events throughout Manitoba
- Engage shoppers in friendly, genuine conversations
- Educate consumers on the product, brand story, flavour profile, and key selling points
- Offer samples in accordance with all applicable sampling and responsible service requirements
- Encourage consumers to consider purchasing the product after sampling
- Create a fun, welcoming experience that reflects positively on the brand
- Keep the sampling area clean, organized, and professionally presented




- Track product movement, consumer feedback, and notable observations
- Provide a short recap after each activation
- Follow brand guidelines, event instructions, and Lume’s standards for professionalism
- Stay informed on the products and brands you represent

- Professional and comfortable representing premium brands
- Able to work independently while staying connected with the Lume team
- Sales-minded without being pushy
- Previous experience in promotions, hospitality, retail, sales, or events is an asset, but not required
