Carnivore Consultants Inc. is seeking an outgoing, confident and professional Brand Ambassador to represent our company at the Meat Industry Expo in Mississauga from October 1–3, 2026.

This is a professional B2B trade show attended by meat processors, manufacturers, suppliers and industry professionals.

You will work alongside our team at our exhibit booth, engaging attendees, encouraging booth participation, assisting with interactive activities and helping create a professional and memorable experience.

Industry experience is not required. Training and key talking points will be provided before the event.

Responsibilities

- Proactively approach and engage trade show attendees
- Welcome visitors to the booth and start conversations
- Provide a brief introduction to Carnivore Consultants
- Encourage participation in booth activities and promotions
- Assist with lead collection and accurately capture attendee information
- Identify interested prospects and introduce them to the appropriate team member
- Assist with giveaways and promotional materials
- Keep the booth organized, welcoming and qualified
- Represent the company professionally throughout the event

Qualifications

- Confident, outgoing and comfortable approaching strangers
- Professional appearance and communication style
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, energetic and approachable
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable standing and interacting with attendees for extended periods




- Able to learn company messaging and key talking points quickly
- Legally entitled to work in Canada

Previous brand ambassador, trade show, event staffing, promotional, hospitality, customer service or sales experience is strongly preferred. Experience representing companies in a professional or B2B environment is an asset.

Schedule

Must be available October 1–3, 2026 in Mississauga.

Exact event hours and shifts will be confirmed in advance. Availability for all 3 days will be required.

There may be opportunities for additional event work in the future.

Compensation

Starting at $18.00+, depending on experience.

Paid Training

Successful candidates will receive training and event-specific information prior to the trade show so they are prepared and confident representing Carnivore Consultants.

Brand Ambassadors will not be expected to provide technical consulting advice or have previous meat-industry knowledge. The goal is to confidently engage attendees, communicate our core messaging, generate interest and connect qualified prospects with the appropriate team member.

A brief pre-event training/orientation session will be required prior to the event. This will be in-person at our office located in Oakville, ON during the month of September.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
