Wendox Marketing is an Edmonton-based sales and marketing firm that partners with well-known corporate brands to deliver face-to-face customer experiences. We focus on genuine engagement, clear communication, and helping our partner brands grow through in-person outreach across the city.
The Role
We're hiring a Brand Ambassador to join our Edmonton team. You'll be on-site at retail locations, community events, and promotional activations representing our partner brands, introducing customers to their products and services, and helping guide purchase decisions.
What You'll Do
- Represent partner brands at promotional events and retail locations across Edmonton
- Break the ice with customers and introduce them to relevant products or services
- Lay out the options clearly so customers can compare and decide with confidence
- Help customers move through the purchase steps
- Keep track of your daily activity and sales numbers
- Team up with fellow reps to hit shared campaign goals
- Take part in regular training to build your sales and communication skills
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable approaching and talking with people you haven't met before
- Friendly, clear communicator who can explain things simply
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, not a requirement
- Willing to work at different event locations, indoors and outdoors
- Full time availability, including some Saturdays
- Must be 18 or older and legally eligible to work in Canada
