We/'re looking for a creative, data-driven Brand Marketing Manager to help grow the HockeyShot brand through digital marketing, ecommerce, social media, and customer engagement.

About the Role Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you/'ll execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive ecommerce sales, customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. This is a hands‑on role for a marketer who enjoys learning, taking ownership, and growing their skills while making a measurable impact on one of hockey/'s leading brands.

Key Responsibilities - Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok campaigns

- Create and manage Klaviyo email campaigns and automated workflows
- Manage HockeyShot/'s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & YouTube)
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and affiliate marketing initiatives
- Update Shopify content, merchandising, and landing pages
- Assist with product launches and promotional campaigns




- Create marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, conversion, and retention Qualifications Required - 3–5 years of digital marketing experience
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Experience using Shopify and Klaviyo
- Experience managing social media accounts
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills Nice to Have - TikTok Ads experience
- Influencer marketing experience
- SEO and GA4 knowledge
- Photography or video editing skills
