Responsibilities

- Follow recipes and cooking instructions carefully to meet presentation and taste expectations
- Assist in inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supply needs
- Helping with other small tasks as required
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking,
or restaurant settings with a focus on breakfast service
- Robust understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of meal preparation methods specific to breakfast dishes such as eggs, pancakes, and breakfast meats
- Familiarity with food industry standards for cleanliness, safety, and quality assurance
