Position Summary

We are looking for a Brokerage Operations Manager to oversee and optimize brokerage-related activities. You will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring efficient service delivery across logistics and freight processes.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily brokerage and logistics operations.
- Coordinate activities between internal teams and external clients.
- Manage and monitor transactions and shipment processes.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency.




- Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Requirements

- Previous experience in brokerage operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Good understanding of transportation and supply chain processes.
- Solid organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $52,042.52-$125,838.01 per year
