Position Summary

We are looking for a Brokerage Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily brokerage-related activities. You will be responsible for coordinating operations, managing relationships with partners, and improving internal processes.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily brokerage operations.
- Coordinate activities between internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor transactions and ongoing files.
- Develop and implement effective operational procedures.
- Analyze operational performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

- Previous experience in brokerage operations management or a related field.
- Positive understanding of operational processes and brokerage industry issues.
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Pay: $52,042.52-$125,838.01 per year
