We are seeking a skilled and passionate Brow & Lash Technician to join our team at Innovare Beauty. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in precision brow styling and lash treatments, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Brow & Lash Technician, you will play a vital role in enhancing our clients' natural beauty and confidence through high-quality services.

Your attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively, and skill in recommending home care products will contribute to the overall success of our salon.

Duties

- Provide professional brow and lash services in a timely and precise manner, including:
- Eyebrow shaping/shaping correction (waxing, tweezing, or threading) and tinting/dyeing.
- Eyebrow lamination (Brow Lift).
- Eyelash tinting and Eyelash lamination/lifting.
- Sanitize tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations after every client.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetic order in the salon setting.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their style preferences, skin/hair types, and desired results.
- Upsell retail products (e.g., brow oils, growth serums, home care) and complementary services to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with the team for support, share industry insights, and promote mutual growth.

Requirements
- Proven experience in eyebrow shaping, tinting, brow lamination,



and lash lamination is a must.
- Deep understanding of brow architecture, color theory/dye mapping, and hair processing times to ensure lash and brow health.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming, comfortable environment for clients.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to recommend/upsell home care products while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and care.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and an eye for symmetry.
- Leadership skills or interest in professional development are a plus.
