M3K Management Ltd. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at a residential community consisting of approximately 270 suites across three buildings located in the Charleswood area of Winnipeg.

The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining clean, safe and welcoming common areas throughout the property and will work closely with the onsite Resident Manager and wider property-management team.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete routine cleaning of building entrances, vestibules and lobbies.
- Clean hallways, stairwells, elevators and other common areas.
- Clean and maintain common-area floors, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and spot cleaning as required.
- Clean glass doors, interior windows, mirrors and other glass surfaces.
- Dust and wipe common-area surfaces, fixtures, railings and high-touch areas.
- Maintain shared amenity and common spaces.
- Clean and maintain common-area washrooms where applicable.
- Empty and clean common-area garbage receptacles and ensure surrounding areas remain tidy.
- Monitor and maintain exterior entrance areas as needed.
- Complete periodic or deeper cleaning tasks as assigned.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and advise when additional products or materials are required.
- Identify and report maintenance, safety or security concerns noticed while completing daily duties.
- Respond to cleaning concerns or priority areas identified by the Resident Manager or Property Manager.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and in accordance with company procedures.




- Maintain a skilled and courteous presence when interacting with residents, visitors and other members of the M3K team.
- Assist with other reasonable cleaning-related duties as required to support the needs of the property.

Qualifications

- Previous residential, commercial or institutional cleaning experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean and well-kept spaces.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good time-management skills and the ability to prioritize work across multiple buildings.
- Comfortable interacting professionally with residents and working as part of an onsite property-management team.
- Physically able to perform regular cleaning duties, including standing, walking, bending, lifting and moving cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Ability to safely use standard commercial cleaning products and equipment.
- WHMIS training is considered an asset.

Employment Details

- Position based in the Charleswood area of the city.
- Full time position with scheduling on weekdays and weekends.
- Regular daytime schedule of approximately 40 hours per week.
- Hourly wage: [$18.00 to $20.00 per hour / based on experience].
