The successful candidate will begin by supporting customer service, order processing, administrative functions, and day-to-day branch operations while gaining the knowledge and experience needed to take on increasing responsibility over time.

What You'll Do

- Provide exceptional customer service to contractors, tradespeople, builders, and homeowners
- Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email
- Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently using Epicor BisTrack
- Monitor orders and communicate updates to customers
- Respond to product inquiries and help customers find appropriate solutions
- Coordinate with warehouse, delivery, sales, and operational teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Assist with quotations, pricing, and order management as your knowledge and responsibilities develop
- Support showroom, inventory, and general branch operations as needed
- Perform administrative duties and other tasks assigned by branch management

Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Construction, building materials, or contractor supply experience
- Experience in a lumber yard, building supply, drywall, insulation, roofing, or related industry
- Experience working in a team-oriented workplace
- Experience with Epicor BisTrack is an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
