We are looking for a Business Analyst (m/f/d) to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario. This is a mid level opportunity for an analytical professional who can translate business needs into clear requirements, identify process improvements, and support projects from initial analysis through implementation.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical professionals while helping ensure that solutions align with operational goals and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Business Requirements: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder meetings, interviews, workshops, and process reviews.

Process Analysis:



Review existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and operational performance.

Data Analysis: Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, investigate issues, and support informed decision making.

Requirements Documentation: Prepare business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, user stories, and other project documentation.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal departments, clients, project teams, and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and expectations.

Solution Support: Assist with evaluating proposed solutions and ensure that business requirements are properly addressed.

Testing Support: Participate in user acceptance testing, document findings, and help verify that completed solutions meet business needs.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, operations analysis, or a related business role.

Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze information, identify problems, recognize trends, and develop practical recommendations.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain business requirements clearly to technical and non technical stakeholders.

Technical Skills: Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required. Experience with Power BI, SQL, CRM platforms, ERP systems, or business intelligence tools is an asset.

Documentation: Solid ability to prepare clear requirements documents, process maps, reports, presentations, and business analysis materials.

Mindset: You are organized, detail oriented, curious, and comfortable taking ownership of assignments while working collaboratively with different teams.

Pay: $5,979.00-$8,500.00 per month
