Robertson is seeking a skilled Business Analyst - IT III to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.

Contract Period: 19 months

Pay Rate: Starting form $58 per hour

Location : Toronto, ON

Location Type: Hybrid

Business Hours: Monday-Friday, Core business hours

Job Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize business processes, ensuring they align with industry best practices
- Lead workshops and facilitate meetings to gather requirements and transform them into actionable system configurations
- Provide advanced support for our business systems, ensuring their availability, performance, and reliability
- Diagnose and resolve issues promptly, while conducting regular maintenance, updates, and upgrades to maintain optimal system performance
- Assist in the seamless implementation and integration of business systems with other enterprise applications
- Support project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring successful system rollouts and smooth user experiences
- Act as a key contact for business system vendors and service providers
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure optimal support and performance
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance our business functions
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide valuable insights into business activities and performance
- Apply data analysis techniques to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, ensuring data accuracy and security within business systems
- Provide ongoing support and training to system users, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues




- Develop comprehensive documentation and conduct training sessions to foster system adoption and proficiency

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

- Bachelor’s in Information Technology degree required
- Proven experience as an IT Analyst or similar role, with a focus on supporting business systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with a variety of business systems and technologies
- Familiarity with ERP systems and their integration with other business applications including eProcurement Systems (e.g., Ivalua) and Contract Lifecycle Management solutions
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or related fields
