We are looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs, operational teams, and technology. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, document processes, and support the delivery of effective business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Requirements: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through meetings, interviews, workshops, and process reviews.

Process Analysis: Review existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce duplication, and strengthen business processes.

Data Analysis: Analyze operational and business data using Excel, reporting tools,



and dashboards to identify trends and support recommendations.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams, managers, and project stakeholders to understand priorities and communicate practical solutions.

Documentation: Prepare business requirements, process documentation, functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and project materials.

Project Support: Support implementation projects by tracking requirements, coordinating follow ups, assisting with testing, and helping resolve business related issues.

Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements based on business requirements, data findings, stakeholder feedback, and operational performance.

What We Are Looking For?

Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in business analysis, process improvement, operations analysis, systems analysis, or a closely related field.

Education: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline is preferred.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret business information, identify patterns, evaluate problems, and develop practical recommendations.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365. Experience with Power BI, SQL, process mapping, or business intelligence tools is an asset.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain business requirements and analytical findings to both technical and non technical stakeholders.

Mindset: You are organized, practical, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while working independently.

Pay: $5,050.00-$6,662.00 per month
