About The Role We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst/Business System Analyst to join our team for a full-time, multi-phase ERP replacement program. This role is pivotal in supporting the modernization of enterprise systems across finance, accounting, supply chain, and operations.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with ERP implementations, demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, and excel at bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The position offers a hybrid work model, primarily remote, with periodic travel to Atlanta, Georgia, for program planning and client meetings. The initial three months will be front-loaded with intensive engagement, with travel not exceeding 10 days per month, and all related costs will be covered.

This role requires excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field




- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in enterprise system transformation projects
- 3+ years of experience working with Jira and Confluence
- 1+ years of experience with Zephyr Scale
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or Workday
- Solid understanding of business processes in finance, procurement, supply chain, HR, or manufacturing
- Proven ability to produce clear documentation including process maps, use cases, user stories, and data mappings
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
- Preferred qualifications include experience with full ERP lifecycle implementation, knowledge of Agile or hybrid project delivery frameworks, experience in Floor Plan Financing, proficiency with Visio, SQL queries (T-SQL and PL/SQL), and bilingual fluency in English and French

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, elicit, document, and validate detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements for the ERP system replacement
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions to identify system pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Analyze current ("as-is") business processes and design optimized ("to-be") workflows aligned with ERP best practices
- Identify gaps between existing processes and future ERP capabilities, proposing effective solutions
- Facilitate the creation and execution of test cases for functional, regression,



and non-functional testing activities
- Assist with defect triage, issue resolution, and validation during the ERP implementation phases
- Support ERP vendor evaluation and selection processes through requirements traceability, RFP documentation, and fit-gap analysis
- Participate in configuration, testing, and validation activities to ensure the ERP system meets business needs
- Act as the primary liaison between business units, technology teams, and implementation partners, ensuring clear and effective communication
- Partner with data teams to define data migration, integration requirements, and support data validation and cleansing efforts
- Contribute to organizational change management by documenting new processes, preparing user guides, and facilitating end-user training
- Promote adoption of new ERP processes and tools across the organization to ensure seamless transition and operational efficiency
