Role: Business Continuity Management Advisor

Location: Toronto , ON (Onsite)

- Develop, implement, and maintain business continuity policies, strategies, and governance frameworks aligned with standards like ISO 22301.
- Identify critical business functions, assess dependencies, and define Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs).
- Evaluate potential threats such as cyberattacks, natural disasters, and operational failures, and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
- Design and maintain Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans, and conduct regular drills, tabletop exercises, and simulations to validate their effectiveness.
- Educate employees and leadership on BCM roles, responsibilities, and plan execution to ensure organizational readiness during a disruption.
- Provide hands-on guidance during real disruptions, coordinate recovery efforts, and drive ongoing improvements based on lessons learned and audit findings.
