- Your role is to create initial connections, spark interest, and open the door to high-quality conversations

- By building a solid pipeline of opportunities, you will play a key role in FortisIA's growth

- You will not be responsible for closing sales: your value lies in generating opportunities and building trust-based relationships

- You keep your HubSpot clean and up to date

- You work hand in hand with the team to refine our approach together

Requirements

- Hold a DEC (college diploma) or equivalent post-secondary education in administration, marketing, communications, social sciences, or a related field

- 1-2 years of B2B sales experience

- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written

- Comfortable with CRMs and prospecting tools
- Sensitivity to union, community, or association environments:
