Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Concord, ON. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and promoting Metrobit Industry Inc.’s telecom and data center solutions.

Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, and participating in client meetings to understand requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Manager will collaborate with engineering, sales,



and customer service teams to ensure a smooth sales cycle and high client satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring market trends, analyzing performance metrics, and contributing to strategic planning and revenue growth initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, sales data, and business opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions, negotiations, and internal collaboration.
- Proficiency in lead generation and market research to identify and qualify current business prospects.
- Solid customer service skills to support long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Experience in business development or sales, preferably within telecom, data center, or related technology sectors.
- Ability to work on-site in Concord, ON and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office or similar productivity software.
