Reporting to the Superintendent People & Culture, the People & Culture Business Partner plays a key role in supporting leaders and employees across the operation. This position provides proactive human resources partnership and operational support across employee relations, talent development, performance management, workforce planning, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR initiatives.

Working closely with leaders and employees,



the People & Culture Business Partner helps drive a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and Evolution's values.

We offer a competitive salary, bonus structure and future growth opportunities. The compensation range for this role is $90,000 to $105,000 CAD.

Partner with operational leaders to provide timely and practical people management guidance and support.

Provide coaching and advice on performance management, employee relations, attendance management, and workplace investigations.

Support the implementation and communication of People & Culture policies, procedures, and programs.

Coordinate and support talent management, succession planning, and career development initiatives.

Participate in People & Culture projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, company standards, and site requirements.

Complete other tasks and projects as requested.

As a People & Culture Business Partner, you bring robust relationship-building skills, sound judgment, and a passion for supporting people and business performance. Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Relations, or a related discipline.

CHRP designation (or working towards designation) considered an asset.

Minimum 1-3 years of Human Resources experience in a generalist or business partnering role.

Experience supporting leaders with employee relations and performance management matters.

Highly developed organizational and administrative skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems.
