Role Name: Business System Analyst (Capital Market)

Must have skills

- Great experience as a Business Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities in requirements management on large and complex projects
- Solid knowledge of Capital Markets products and processes
- Proven experience in requirements planning prioritization and elicitation techniques
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Visio
- Proficiency in querying and analyzing data using SQL
- Experience working with APIs Python and AI
- Experience with workflow and process automation tools such as JIRA Confluence or ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of system integration concepts including ETL processes and data pipelines
- Undergraduate degree in Mathematics Engineering Business Finance or a related field
- Understanding of the Product Control function and its role within Capital Markets
- Hands on experience with data sourcing and mappings for major Capital Market products
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
- Experience with machine learning or predictive analytics concepts
