Position Overview

Wolf Creek Cabinets is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cabinet Painter to join our production team. The successful candidate will prepare, paint, stain, and finish custom cabinetry and wood components while maintaining our high standards for quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare cabinet surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling, caulking, and priming.
- Apply paint, stain, lacquer, varnish, and other finishes.
- Operate spray guns and other painting or finishing equipment safely.
- Mix and match colours according to project specifications.
- Inspect finished products for consistency, coverage, and quality.
- Complete touch-ups and correct surface imperfections when required.
- Read work orders, drawings, and finishing instructions.
- Clean and maintain spray equipment, tools, and work areas.
- Handle cabinetry carefully to prevent scratches or damage.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.




- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines.

Qualifications
- Previous cabinet painting, wood finishing, or spray-painting experience is preferred.
- Experience using spray guns and finishing equipment is an asset.
- Knowledge of paints, stains, lacquers, primers, and wood-finishing products.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift cabinet components.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Wolf Creek Cabinets offers a skilled and supportive workplace where quality craftsmanship, teamwork, and attention to detail are valued. Pay: $16.50-$21.50 per hour
