The Role
We’re looking for a Cabinet Maker to join our Toronto team.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Has solid foundational cabinetmaking skills
- Understands shop workflow
- Wants to grow into a higher-level role over time
- Takes pride in clean, precise work
You will work alongside experienced team members and leadership to build, assemble, and occasionally assist in installation of custom millwork projects.
Responsibilities
- Cabinet box assembly
- Hardware installation (hinges, slides, drawer systems)
- Reading and interpreting shop drawings
- Assisting with CNC-cut parts and prep work
- Sanding, detailing,
and quality control checks
- Supporting installs when required
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Following production timelines and standards
What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years experience in cabinetry or millwork or college cabinet/furniture program
- Ability to read shop drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Punctual and reliable
- Takes ownership — no excuses culture
What This Is NOT
- This is not a “show up and be told every move” environment.
- This is not production-line cabinet assembly.
