Job Overview

As a cake decorator, you will be responsible for creating and decorating cakes and seders to our quality and presentation standards. The ideal candidate is confident working with buttercream, piping, colours, textures, and a variety of cake designs.

Responsibilities

- Decorate custom cakes and cupcakes

- Create buttercream piping, borders, flowers, lettering, textures and decorative details

- Follow customer designs and cake orders accurately

- Work with fondant and other decorating materials when required

- Maintain consistent quality, cleanliness, and presentation

- Prepare cakes for decorating, including filling, icing, stacking and smoothing

- Keep the decorating area clean

- Work efficiently while meeting customer deadlines

- Communicate with the bakery team regarding orders and special requests

- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
