Role Description The Campus Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area. This position oversees day-to-day campus operations, including facilities coordination, scheduling, and adherence to regulatory and institutional policies.
The Campus
Manager supports learners and instructors by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive and safe learning environment.
Responsibilities include coordinating program delivery, supervising administrative staff, managing campus resources, and supporting student services such as admissions, registration,
and orientation. The role also involves liaising with external stakeholders, maintaining compliance with ITA and PTIB requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement of campus processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Campus Management and operational oversight skills, including experience coordinating facilities, schedules, and campus services.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to support learners, instructors, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Education and Training-related skills, such as familiarity with post-secondary or vocational programs and supporting instructional delivery.
- Candidates should possess organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Post-secondary education in administration, education, business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in campus or office management will be considered.
- Experience working in a regulated training environment (e.g., ITA/PTIB or similar bodies) and knowledge of trades or technical education are assets.
- Proficiency with office software, student information systems, and basic data reporting is beneficial.
