Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of the service department, including scheduling, workflow, and customer interactions to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Lead and motivate technicians and service advisors to deliver high-quality automotive repairs and maintenance.
- Oversee customer service interactions, ensuring clients receive transparent communication, timely updates, and solutions tailored to their needs.
- Drive sales through upselling additional services and maintenance packages that enhance vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including invoicing and payment processing, maintaining meticulous financial records.




- Monitor parts inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability of necessary components for repairs.
- Maintain compliance with dealership policies, safety standards, and industry regulations to foster a protected and efficient work environment.

Requirements

- Proven dealership experience with a strong understanding of automotive service operations.
- Mechanical experience or extensive knowledge of vehicle repair processes.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Demonstrated sales ability with a focus on upselling services to enhance revenue streams.
- Experience in automotive repair or maintenance environments is highly preferred.
