Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our construction team. The successful candidate will have experience in construction, take pride in quality workmanship, and be comfortable working as part of a team as well as individually.

Responsibilities

- Work includes but is not limited to framing, forming, finishing, renovations, installing doors and trim, installing equipment, and general carpentry work

- Read and interpret construction drawings and plans

- Safely operate hand and power tools and maintain equipment

- Follow project schedules and coordinate effectively with site supervisors and other trades

- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work site

- Follow all company and Worksafe BC safety requirements

Qualifications





- Previous experience as a carpenter or similar construction role

- Red Seal certification is preferred but not a necessity

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Have the ability to work unsupervised

- Be able to work as part of a team

- Have solid communication skills

- You MUST have a vehicle

- Must have a working cell phone for mobile communication

- Must be in good physical health and be able to lift 50 lbs

Pay: From $34.00 per hour
