We are local renovation and construction company looking to hire a skilled laborer or Carpenter for a lead hand position.
The position requires advanced construction knowledge, your own hand tools and a great work ethic. We're looking to hire someone with knowledge of:
- Construction framing
- Drywall / mud & tape
- Fence and deck construction
- Finish carpentry
- Flooring (hardwood,vinyl & tile)
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Basic Plumbing knowledge
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organization
Pay will be discussed at the time of the interview and will depend on experience and quality of work. This position has potential for long term career growth for the right candidate.
