Responsibilities

Assist lead carpenters with daily tasks to ensure smooth project execution.

Prepare work sites by organizing tools, materials, and safety equipment.

Support in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.

Help with concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry tasks as needed.

Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.

Participate in framing, siding, roofing, flooring installation, and tile laying projects.

Assist with cabinetry installation, woodworking, and general carpentry duties.

Support restoration projects by helping with demolition, surface preparation, and finishing touches.





Perform heavy lifting and manual labor to move materials and equipment around the site.

Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment.

Requirements

Previous construction experience or hands-on work with carpentry or woodworking is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.

Basic understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings.

Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment is a plus.

Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently.

Solid attention to detail and commitment to safety standards on-site.

Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills.

Additional skills such as plumbing, electrical experience, or handyman background are advantageous but not mandatory.
