Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities
- Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently during various phases of construction
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Install siding, framing, and other structural components using hand tools and woodworking skills
- Conduct heavy lifting safely to move materials and equipment around the job site
- Use welding techniques where necessary to join metal components or reinforce structures
- Maintain a clean and organized work workplace while adhering to safety protocols at all times
Skills
- Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for accurate project execution
- Strong knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, and restoration processes
- Skilled in carpentry, woodworking, siding installation, and general construction practices
- Experience operating heavy machinery and power tools with safety awareness
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks regularly
- Familiarity with welding techniques for metalwork applications
- Excellent use of hand tools for detailed craftsmanship in various construction tasks
