Looking for a Carpet Cleaner/ Area Rug Cleaner to join our company. $20 per hour while training. Some experience in carpet cleaning is preferred, but willing to train the right applicant. Must have a Valid BC Driver's License. physically fit and able to lift or drag some furniture.

The start wage is only for training. Then once we are confident you can be on your own, your wage goes to $25 per hr. for residential/commercial the minimum of $25 per hour when you are fully trained for jobs. After about 8 months or so, we would evaluate for a pos wage increase. We will only look at applicants that are local, foreign workers need not apply, must be living in the Cowichan valley area.

This job can be physically demanding, so cannot have back problems or issues standing for long periods of time. The main job would be cleaning carpets and upholstery,



but would also be working in the shop cleaning either area rugs or blinds, and for shop work, while training would be $20 per hour, after training would jump to $25 per hour ( not needing supervision). We are looking for clean and presentable technicians as we do work in peoples homes, as well as the ability to be organized and keep the equipment clean as you are representing a cleaning company. A must, be able to speak fluid English.
