Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging product demos to highlight features and benefits to customers
- Assist customers with their inquiries using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Promote and upsell merchandise by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
- Manage cash handling duties accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations for transactions
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked on the sales floor
- Support POS (Point of Sale) system operations for smooth checkout processes
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues,



and creating a welcoming environment
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization of merchandise
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods

Experience

- Multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- Previous experience in technology sales or retail sales environments is advantageous
- Proven technical sales experience with the ability to perform product demos confidently
- Strong communication skills with bilingual proficiency in English and additional languages is a plus
- Experience in merchandising, cashiering, or POS systems enhances your fit for this role
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain confidentiality
- Excellent organizational skills combined with time management capabilities to meet sales targets and store goals
