Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, inquiries, and product information
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process cash, credit, and digital payments
- Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and balancing registers at shift end
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote featured products
- Use communication skills to inform customers about promotions, new products,



and store policies
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth checkout flow and customer engagement

Requirements

- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve a diverse customer base
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is advantageous; technical sales experience is a plus
- Robust communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and customer interaction abilities
- Basic math skills for handling transactions, giving change, and managing sales totals
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising principles
- Ability to demonstrate products confidently and perform product demos when needed
- Organizational skills to keep the checkout area tidy and stock displays appealing
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- A friendly attitude with a focus on providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
