We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support to enhance customer understanding of products.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandising display.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and effectively.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.




- Uphold phone etiquette when addressing customer calls or inquiries.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication and interpersonal interactions.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with technology sales, product demos, and technical sales is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
