Duties The duties of this position include, but are not limited to, monitoring and triaging operational requests; receiving, assessing and disseminating information; monitoring shared mailboxes and communication systems; maintaining situational awareness; maintaining operational logs, records and documentation; preparing reports, briefing materials and correspondence; responding to enquiries; coordinating with internal and external stakeholders; supporting the coordination of incidents and operational activities; and operating communications and incident management systems.

Operational Requirements

This position supports a 24/7 operational environment and requires working a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, including days, nights, weekends,



statutory holidays and occasional overtime to support operational requirements.
